Wild Card Leading Rangers

The Rangers take 2 of 3 from the Red Sox and take over the lead for the wild card race. The Angels continue to streak at the same time the Rangers do, so no ground has been gained within the division. The next few series include the Twins, Rays, Yankees and the Twins again. I hope they can go 8-5 in this stretch which should maintain the wild card position, but likely will not gain ground on the Angels. Season record: 66-50, 4.5 games behind the Angels, .5 game ahead of the Red Sox.
